Miranda: Hi, I'm Miranda Cosgrove. I have a TV show on Nickelodeon called Drake and Josh and we're getting ready to do our fourth season in a week. And I also have a movie coming out called Lucky Thirteen [Keeping Up with the Steins] with Garry Marshall and Jeremy Piven and I did school of rock a while ago.
Interviewer: But you've been in like, a major motion picture film, people probably recognise you in public, right?
Miranda: Yeah. A lot from Drake and Josh too because a lot of the kids watch that.
Interviewer: So, what's the craziest thing a fan has done when he's ?saw? you.
Miranda: One fan asked me to sign their sock -laughs- that was crazy. They just took off their shoe and handed me their sock and asked if I'd sign it.
Interviewer: Good idea. I'm not gonna do that though, cause my socks have holes on it. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, what would you say you are most thankful for?
Miranda: I just love thanksgiving, you know being with your family and everybody coming over and getting to see everyone and all the good food.
Interviewer: And after thanksgiving of course is Christmas, and like everyone, after thanksgiving is on their gift finding frenzy. What would you say is on top of your list for your Christmas wish list?
Miranda: I'm hoping for a big ol' puppy for Christmas, I've been begging for one and I already found the puppy I want, so I'm hoping for that.
Interviewer: Going back on topic of fans, what could you tell us about yourself that not even your number one fan knows about you, like, for example, that I wouldn't read in my subscription of Tiger beat or ??Team Buff??
Miranda: Let's see. I do have a journal, that I write all my thoughts in every day. So that's kind of something. I also have a burn box where I write secrets down and put it in a box.
Interviewer: A burn box? Where you just talk a whole lot of trash on people?
Miranda: Oh of course not, like umm, secrets you've heard from people and stuff like that, I have them in a box in my room.
Interviewer: But you don't spread 'em like gossip. -Miranda shakes her head- No?
Miranda: No.
Interviewer: So what's your latest secret then?
Miranda: Oh I'm not gonna say. I haven't had one lately actually. Nothing I could think of.
Interviewer: Lastly, this guy here. You've probably witnessed him do some rock-paper-scissors. He's uh, regional champion, Southern California division, yeah. He, it's crazy, you know how wrestlers have those belts, he has one of those for rock paper scissors. So, he'd like to challenge you.
Miranda: Okay, rock, paper, scissors.
Miranda throws scissors and is beaten as Miranda shrugs.
Interviewer: He's actually psychic, so your burn box thing, you didn't even have to tell me- we know all your secrets already.
Miranda: -inaudible-
Interviewer: Well it's been awesome talking to you.
