Megan Makes Me Smile

Megan makes me smile,
Though I don’t think I should,
Could treating brothers badly,
Really be this good?

I’m nice to my brothers,
Even when I shouldn’t be,
But they’re mostly harmless really,
That’s very clear to see,

But when her evil smile comes,
Mine goes from ear to ear,
Her brothers cower in fear,
As soon as she draws near,

Oh it is so funny,
How she beats them every time,
And part of me does wonder,
How much fun I’d have with mine!

Special

Miranda is something special,
She puts warmth within my heart,
It’s difficult to explain,
But I’ll try, so let me start,

Perhaps it’s just her acting,
She’s a talent through and through,
Perhaps it is her lovely smile,
Never far and always true,

It could well be her haunting eyes,
They follow my every step,
Or her demeanour’s sweet reply,
From her heart I’d surely bet,

I suppose her other talent helps,
Musicians like their kind,
Led Zeppelin spoken first of all,
I hear the rocker’s regal call,

The path to rock she’s found,
While filming with Jack Black,
Disciples come when Jack’s around,
So maybe it is that,

But it could be her haunting eyes,
Or her demeanour’s sweet reply,
It could well be her talented smile,
Or that look within her eyes,

It could well be a lot of things,
Or a mixture of many a lure,
But there’s one thing I can firmly say;
Miranda’s special, that’s for sure.

Haiku

Her Eyes are the stars,
So Bright that I could see Mars,
That's why I love night.
